Video Intercoms are also referred as video door phones and are a useful tool to determine who is at your door before you open it to a stranger. We offer color or black and white video intercom systems.

There are several points to keep present when selecting a video intercom system for your house of business:

1. Wire: If you are installing a new system, then your choices are multiple and you select the wire type you would like to install.
   You can select the 8, 6, 4 wire or the 2 wire video intercom systems. As a rule of thum, the less wire, the easier to install and program. If you are replacing an older video intercom system using the old wiring, then is important that you observe how many strands you have installed. If you have an 8 strand wire, then you may install any system, but if you only have a 2 strand wire, you are limited to a 2-wire system.
2. Additional monitors:
   Some Video door phones allow you to "slave" the signal out to other monitors and even have realtime intercom between monitors. This is particularly advantageous when you would like to be able to interact with your visitors from virtually any room in your house. Select a video intercom system that allows more than one monitor.
