This is a simple tool created to ease the installation of a security camera system.  On one end, you have a plug, the other end breaks off into a positive and negative wire.

Female 12V DC pigtail, usually needed to connect your siamese power cable to the power adapter or for connecting a standard box camera into premade cable.
