Digital Video recorders come as single channel, 4 channel, 8 channel, 9 channel DVRs or 16 channel DVRs. We also carry 32 and 64 channel DVRs from various manufacturers. An 8 or 9 channel DVR is recommended for customers who would need anywhere from 4 to 8 cameras recording at individual settings. If you already have 8 cameras, you should strongly consider moving up to a 16 channel DVR so that you do not outgrow your system from the very beginning.
